Big city biscuits in a small town.

The owners of The Sassy Biscuit Co. wanted to break down stereotypes and bring their southern culture to life in the Northeast. They knew that nothing brings people together better than good food, and they wanted their building design to reflect a feeling of warmth and acceptance, while connecting the aesthetic to their Montana location.

Booth-style seating welcomes people to gather and dine, while a series of clocks, set to important times and dates, pay homage to Juneteenth and different timezones the owners lived in while serving in the Marines. The reflective Scrabble tile countertop is yet another nod to bringing people together and breaking down barriers through playfulness.
