Class A office space conversion.

We were tasked with converting 57,000 sq. ft. of industrial space into office space, leveraging the open layout into an open office concept.

The Features

  • A wooden booth structure with a high table and eight yellow chairs in an indoor space, with framed floral artwork on the back wall.
  • Large indoor community space with a kitchen area, multiple tables and chairs, a foosball table, and a large flat-screen TV, decorated for a fall event.
  • Empty indoor dining area with wooden chairs and tables, industrial ceiling with exposed pipes, and a lofted section with additional seating.
  • An art gallery with a circular wooden display wall featuring framed artwork, books on display stands, and multiple black cubicles with people working inside in an industrial-style space with gray and yellow walls, exposed ceiling ducts, and bright lighting.
  • Spacious indoor lounge or community area with large windows, tables, chairs, and a foosball table, featuring high ceilings with exposed ductwork and industrial lighting.
