Revitalizing a cornerstone.

Emphasizing the corner location, we showed a distinct departure from the 1920s construction, redesigning the streetscape facade to include higher glazing, less signage, better lighting and high quality wood and granite detailing.

The Features

  • A multistory building with a brick lower section and a dark upper section featuring numerous windows, some with arched designs, and a rounded corner roof.
  • The entrance to a brick building at 25 Chestnut Street with glass doors, potted red and pink flowers on either side, and a brown sign with gold lettering displaying the address.
  • Entrance to a building at 25 Chestnut Street with a black and gold sign, glass double doors, a wooden overhang, and planters with red and yellow flowers.
  • A storefront with large glass windows and brick walls, located on a city street, featuring inside chairs and hanging light fixtures.
